对外直接投资、逆向技术溢出与国内创新能力——基于中国省际面板数据的实证研究

摘要:

本文利用中国省际面板数据,研究了对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应对国内创新能力的影响。结果表明,中国对外直接投资通过其逆向技术溢出效应对以专利授权数量为表征的国内创新能力产生了显著的正面效应;同时,对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出对国内创新能力的影响呈现出显著的地区差异,东部地区对外直接投资对以专利授权数量为表征的国内创新能力的逆向溢出效应最大,中部地区次之,而西部地区对外直接投资则没有对国内创新能力产生显著的逆向溢出效应。

Abstract:

This paper examines the impact of reverse spillovers of outward foreign direct investment on the domestic innovation abilities,using provincial panel data of China.it finds that OFDI of China has remarkable effects on the domestic innovation abilities measured by patent authorization through its reverse spillovers.However,these impacts show significant regional differences.OFDI of the eastern region has the biggest positive reverse spillover effects on its innovation abilities.OFDI of the central region has smaller positive reverse spillover effects on its innovation abilities.While OFDI of the western region has no remarkable reverse spillover effects on its innovation abilities.
