本文考察了市场结构因素对中国制造业FDI技术溢出效应的影响,模型中纳入了垂直溢出机制,采用系统GMM方法进行了动态面板数据的交互项分析,同时进行了分组检验。结果表明,在规模更大、市场势力更强的行业,有利于行业内技术溢出的实现;而垂直型技术溢出则主要发生在中小型企业更多、市场势力较弱、竞争程度更高的行业。
Abstract：The article focuses on the influence of market structure factors on the technology spillover effects of FDI.The model includes the vertical spillover mechanism and adopts the two-step system-GMM as the analysis method of dynamic panel data to perform intercross variable analysis,at the same time we give a grouping test.The results show that there are more technology spillover effects in intra-industries which have larger scale and stronger market power.The vertical spillover effects,however,exists mainly in the industries with less scale enterprises,weaker market power and more competitiveness.
